CMP-30 HP was designed after the CMP-30 ST and has many optical characteristics in common with it. CMP-30 H, however, has been specifically studied to work to high pressure up to 5 atm.
The main structure of CMP-30 HP has been strengthened, and the pirex tube of the CMP-30 ST has been substituted with a steel one.
A pressure valve prevents the cells to reach a pressure over 5 atm.
CMP-30 HP is unsuitable to work at low pressures.
The connectors are Swagelok® for10 mm tubes.
